How Many Points Are Needed At UFS? Ufs admission requirements

Admission to the University of the Free State’s undergraduate programs is decided using a points system. Depending on the program and the number of applicants, a different amount of points may be needed for admission. Typically, UFS requires 30 points or more to be admitted to an undergraduate degree.
However, certain programs might have higher scores or extra prerequisites for entrance, such as a minimum grade average or a list of required courses. It’s crucial to remember that attaining the minimal points criterion does not ensure admission, as acceptance is also contingent on the program’s capacity and the level of candidate competition. Bachelor of Social Work Admission Information

Despite all applicants meeting the academic requirements, not all will be admitted. The UFS’s social work program has a very competitive admissions process. They can only hold a small number of students ( 70) due to the rigorous requirements needed for academic and professional development. They receive over 8000 applications a year, which is more than they can handle. Because of this, only the best academic candidates will be chosen.

The criteria and selection process are described below. Please give them the information they require as soon as possible after thoroughly reading them. Every year, the deadline for applications is July 31.
Every application is submitted online.
