UFH Application Dates for 2024-2025

The University of Fort Hare, UFH Online Application for Admission to the 2024-2025 Academic year will be open from 1 April 2023 to 31 October 2023. South African Applicants willing to study undergraduate and postgraduate programmes as well as international applicants must submit an application online via www.ufh.ac.za online application portal 2024 before the closing date or deadline. Please, note that there will not be a late application for 2024 so it is better to apply on time to avoid any disapproval.

Online Application at UFH for 2024 opens on 1 April 2023 for all programmes

Closing dates:

South African applicants: 31st October 2023
International Applicants: 31 August 2023

How to Apply UFH Online Application 2024-2025

Guidelines for Applicants whose ID numbers are already on the UFH online application system. New applicants, Click HERE

STUDENTS WHO ARE IMPROVING THEIR MATRIC RESULTS

Go to our website ufh.ac.za and click Online Servicesat the very bottom of the page.
Then type your Student Number and PIN that you created (If you forgot your pin, click on Forgot Pinand a new pin will be generated).
Step 2 above will direct you to Student iEnablerwhere you should click on Returning Student Application.
Click on POPI Actand accept it.
Click Returning Student Application
On the right side of the screen, you will see sub-headings starting with Biographical Information. As you scroll down the screen, at the bottom you will see a sub-heading School Leaving subjects
Click Show, then click View/Update subjects
Then update your current subjects
At the bottom, it will ask you if you are updating your subjects, reply YES then SAVE.
Then upload using the instructions below.

That is Click Returning Student Application
On the right side of the screen, you will see sub-headings starting with Biographical Information. As you scroll down the screen, at the bottom you will see a sub-heading Upload Documents
Click Show, then click Upload Documents

*You will need to upload the documents individually e.g. ID copy separately from the Matric Results as the system requires you to.

STUDENTS WHO ARE UPLOADING OUTSTANDING DOCUMENTS:

Click Show, then click Upload Documents

CURRENT UFH STUDENTS APPLYING TO STUDY ANOTHER QUALIFICATION

Go to our website ufh.ac.za and click Online Servicesat the very bottom of the page.
Then type your Student Number and PIN that you created (If you forgot your pin, click on Forgot Pinand a new pin will be generated).
Step 2 above will direct you to Student iEnablerwhere you should click on Returning Student Application.
Click on POPI Actand accept it.
Click Returning Student Application
As you move down the screen, almost at the bottom you will see Academic Applications
Click Show, then click Add New Academic Application
Enter a few words about the qualification you would like to apply ( type SOCIAL WORK if you want a social work degree)
Then click Search, select the qualification you are looking for, and click Save and Continue
Then add your qualification choices.
You will then need to upload the required application documents.
As you move down the screen, at the bottom of the screen you will see a sub-heading Upload Documents
Click Show, then click Upload Documents
