UFS Application Dates for 2024-2025
The University of the Free State, UFS Applications to study a selection or non-selection programme in 2024 open on 1 April 2023. So, applicants who want to apply to UFS for the 2024-2025 academic year must submit an online application at www.ufs.ac.za online application 2024 form before the closing date or deadline. Remember that there will not be a late application for 2024 by UFS.

- Applications to study any undergraduate programme offered on the Bloemfontein and Qwaqwa Campuses in 2024 open on 1 April 2023
- Applications to study any Access Programme (AP) offered on the South Campus and the sub-regions in 2024 open on 1 July 2023

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR 2024
- Keep in mind that all programmes have limited space available; therefore, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
- When we process your application for admission, we capture your details onto the UFS databases – if your details are not available, or if you have omitted it on your application form, you will not be admitted or be able to register.
- It is very important to complete the application form in full and to stick to the closing dates.
- Meeting the minimum admission requirements for your chosen/intended programme of study does not guarantee admission, as limited space is available in each programme.

- The prospective student must complete the online application
- Applicants currently in Grade 12 are requested to provide school-stamped copies of the final Grade 11
- If you already have a student number, click on Start NEW Application to continue
- Enter your Verification details
- Complete and submit your application for evaluation
